The red kitchen

I still think there is something irresistible about a red kitchen.
It might be the fact that I love red, but red kitchens are always cozy and warm.  I found a few of these on Pinterest, and oh yes, I'm addicted to Pinterest lately!

I was actually thinking about painting my kitchen a creamy white, but I believe that I'll keep it red for now.

What color is your kitchen?

LOVE the second picture! Red and toile! I just finished painting my kitchen in my new home a color called Earthy Cane. It is a wonderful green color. Hopefully I will have a kitchen reveal soon. Still have a couple more things to do in the kitchen first.

Love your kitchen Donna.

Oh these are such happy spaces. My kitchen is creme with blue, terra cotta red and black accents. I agree with you that a little red (or pink) jazz up a room.

Right now my kitchen is yellow but the furniture is a lovely red, and the Welsh cupboard is full of red transferware. The kitchen used to be red, and I loved it for many years. Be warned, though, if you paint your kitchen red....when the day comes that you want a change, red is very, very hard to cover. It took us three coats of primer and four (yes 4!) coats of yellow to cover!

My kitchen is a hodge Podge. My dream kitchen is white with black leaving one wall to paint any color I like whenever I like. Sage green? Butter yellow? Robin's egg blue?

My kitchen is yellow! Which goes well with red and green which I love. Red is such a warm color. Especially on a cold and dreary winter day. Mimi
