Flowers everywhere...

Hello my friends.  I thought we would take a walk in the garden today and see what's blooming.  This time of year azaleas are at their peak here in the south and they are beautiful.

We have just about every color there is to be had here at Mourning Dove Cottage.

Last year I didn't plant any flowers because of cancer and I told myself this year I will be surrounded by flowers.  I will have them in every nook and cranny.

Flowers everywhere.  What can be better?

Absolutely nothing could be better! Gorgeous garden. Wish we could grow azaleas here in dry old Utah. Not enough moisture in the air for them :( Mimi

It is looking so beautiful at Mourning Dove Cottage. I love all of your different colored azaleas. I only have the light pink, but I think it's time to add some other colors.
Hooray for being surrounded by flowers.

Surely nothing can be better than flowers, Donna. I miss a tangerine azalea I had at the old house. That was a beauty. Your irises are lovely too. I love those to pieces, (but I say that about every flower actually, (except maybe red hot pokers...not a fan of red hot pokers)). I saved some irises for a nearby construction site just a week or so ago and two will have blooms. I'm so excited to see the flowers! :) Hugs to you my long-time blogger friend.

Flowers in every nook and cranny sounds like a wonderful plan! Celebrate spring - and that is the best way!
