Early morning beauty in the garden.

Early this morning as I glanced out the bedroom window I could see a white glistening frost covering the garden.  It was beautiful!  With my cup of coffee and camera in hand I headed outside.

The pansies looked like they were dipped in sugar ready to eat.

Soft, white, and beautiful!

Sad to say, by noon, it was all gone.

The garden does taken on a certain beauty when covered in frost. You captured it so well in your post. Glad you did before it all melted.

Oh so pretty!! Thanks for sharing that with us...it looks like someone took the powdered sugar out and sprinkled it all over your beautiful backyard Donna :) We've been warming up here and all of our snow is gone...for a few days at least! Enjoy your day!
