Besides watering my flowers twice today, I have spent a lot of time making long neglected phone calls. I feel like I haven't accomplished much, but at least I'm keeping cool. I love the photo of your kitchen with the tomatoes on the windowsill. I'm guessing that they came from your garden. Lovely.
Our California heat is coming soon - not to bad by the coast, however, the wild fires have started inland where it is hot and dry. Hope Otis and Riley are staying cool and enjoying having nice cliped nails. They are just adorable. Blessings, Erin
You're right about staying in from the heat.....I remember those long hot summer days in Wilson where inside or the pool where the only places you could find relief.....
