I love birds too; I love them because of all the reasons that you mention here. Additionally I love that they look so small and fragile, yet they are so resilient. Beautiful little creatures.;) xo
Talking from the perspective of a magpie, I love birds because they are always so chipper and because they make me happy!
And I particularly love the blue birds you have for sale, Donna. They look like my blog mascot (even though technically magpies are black and white). If you will email me (because something wasn't installed on my laptop computer to permit me to email you by clicking on an email address), I will make plans to send you a money order!
A few years ago, my husband painted the house. I noticed that it was the same pallett as mourning doves. We dubbed our home "Mourning Dove Estate". The colors have changed; but the name has stayed.

GoodMorning Sweetie!! Great photos to begin the day!! Love your painting!!! And the Baby Dove!!Awwww...hughugs
All of the above....my favorite way to start the day is taking my coffee outside and just listening to all of the birds in the forest.

I am definitely a bird person. I have LOTS of little birdie things. Love your marble grabber. Very cute. Mimi
They bring us beauty and joy by flitting and flying into our hearts. I love hearing the birds singing as I awake each morning.
