Heart Day

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!
A day for red hearts, chocolates, hugs, and kisses.

I saw this pretty wreath on facebook this morning by "oh so shabby by Debbie Reynolds" and had to share it with you.  Isn't it lovely?

So what will you be doing for Valentine's Day this year?  We don't do a whole lot....some yummy chocolate candy in one of those big red hearts and a nice dinner is about it, and of course a Valentine card for my sweets.

I have a cherry pie in the oven right now and it will be dessert for tomorrow evening (if it makes it to tomorrow evening).

Wishing you all a Happy Heart Day!

I heart you

I couldn't resist buying these heart candies at the grocery store yesterday.
Do you like conversation hearts?

Happy Valentine's Day!

"A hundred hearts would be too few
To carry all my love for you."

I must show you the cutest thing.......

This morning when I woke up and went to pour my coffee, there on the window sill was this sweet little handmade wooden valentine heart from Galen. A small token of his love.

Happy Valentine's Day to all of you!

Hearts

With Valentine's Day right around the corner, these are some heart decorations that can be found in little corners of my house.

A silver filigree heart I found at the thrift shop...

A picture frame of hubby and me on the bulletin board...

A glass blown heart ornament from my sister...

A homemade heart from my granddaughter...

A glass heart ornament from my son-in-laws mother ...

and a heart that I painted, now on my etsy shop.

Happy day to you!
