Pretty flowers

Don't you just love getting flowers?  Whether you pick a bunch up at the grocery store for yourself, or whether someone has given you a bouquet, flowers can lift your spirits and bring beauty to your home.

What I like to do sometimes is separate the large bouquet into small bouquets....

 and spread them

 all around the house.

Then you can enjoy them in every room!

Nothing like flowers to add a note of cheerfulness. What a great idea to spread the cheer around by making smaller bouquets. I must remember to try that.

Yes, I do love flowers! I do the same thing you do...spread them out around the house. I haven't bought any flowers for myself recently...I need to do that!

Oh Donna, those flowers are gorgeous---and I must remember to spread them around the next time I have a bouquet. :) I hope you are feeling good and that you are enjoying the beautiful weather. Hugs to all of you.

Donna, thank you so much for 'finding' me! It would seem we are embarking on quite a journey and I know of the emotional roller coaster you speak. Honestly, just writing my blog is helping so much. I came home with an arm full of books that they gave me during chemo ed yesterday and I have been thinking about chemo all wrong. I kept thinking that the chemo is the 'bad guy' when in reality it is a powerful lifesaving treatment, the cancer is the bad guy. I feel less scared about the treatments when I think of it like that. I am following you so I can check in with you. WE can do this!!
PS I am going to friend you on FB too. :)

That's exactly what I do too Donna. Love to have a little bouquet by my kitchen sink and one by my bathroom sink. They just make me so happy. Thinking of you. Mimi

Love your flower bouquets. I LOVE having fresh flowers, yet for some reason, I feel guilty for buying them. I really need to get over that. LOL When we lived in Germany, the flower man would come to the door with bunches of tulips or whatever he had that week, and they'd be around a dollar. I LOVED it, and always bought some. Thanks for sharing yours and I'm definitely buying some this week.
Hugs...you are in my thoughts and prayers.

I do the same thing, Donna. I like small vases of flowers scattered around the house. They make me smile.

Thinking of you and praying.
