I've always liked this vine, but I know a lot of people don't. Some think it's very invasive and some even think it's poison (but it's not).
It has beautiful leaves that are absolutely gorgeous turning from a yellowish orange to a bright red this time of year.
I left it grow up the wall near the dovecote and love how it looks. I guess some people would call it a weed, but to me, it's a beautiful vine and I'm happy to have it in my garden.

This was the first year we had this vine "show up" in 3 different places. Once I knew what it was :-) and knew it wasn't going to eat me !, I was happy to have it spread it lovely leaves around.
This may be what's on the fence that I've been so afraid to get near, because I DID think it was poison ivy!

Virginia Creepers are beautiful vines in the right place. Yours looks delightful.
It looks great where it's located.
I have some in odd places in the garden.
Donna, Virginia Creeper is invasive but it sure is beautiful this time of year! We have a little in the woods next to our backyard and it is looking pretty gorgeous right now! Enjoy it while you can!

I also share your love and delight in the vintage suitcases AND the Virginia Creeper. My hubby is one of those that DOES NOT but I have managed to sneak a couple by him. ;)
