Tomorrow I will be walking in the Hemophilia Walkat Lake Crabtree Park in Morrisville, NC. Friends and family will be there too! It's supposed to be a beautiful day.

What a lovely thing to do. And such a beautiful place to walk...it lends itself well to comtemplation.
