Mossy walkway

I call it our mossy walkway, but I really think this ground cover along our stone pathway is some type of weed. Maybe duckweed?

Every summer it grows....

all along the path....

Some places it grows...

and some places it doesn't grow,
like here along the path to the garage.

It may not be moss but it keeps the weeds down and blends in naturally with the rest of the back yard.

I like to call it my mossy walkway (even though it really isn't).

Oftentimes I see weeds in my yard and think: it's a weed. Pull it out. But weeds have their own beauty. Just as your little "moss-like" plant growing. Pretty is as pretty does.

I like your mossy walkway.;)) It might be some sort of moss though, I have seen something similar growing in my pots that get too moist.;)
Whatever it is, it is very pretty.;)

Love the "mossy" walkway! It's green right, so that is a good thing!

Your mossy walkway is very pretty. I planted something similar to that in my walkway. It has filled in nicely in some areas and disappeared in other spots.
