Enjoying the sun, and an award

After days of rain, it's nice to enjoy some sun...

and a few blooms around the garden.

Strawberry blooms!

And, I received a special award from Rhondi at Rose Colored Glasses. I must confess though, she gave this to me a few weeks ago and I just realized I hadn't posted on it. (I'm sorry, Rhondi ~ sometimes I think I'm losing my mind!) You are the sweetest, and to pass this on to me means alot.
Thank you!

Hope you all have a sunny day today!

Wow...just one state down and your flowers are so far ahead of ours. It will be a couple of weeks before I see the azaleas pop open. The guy that owns the acreage next to us ask us the other day if we wanted to use his cottage down at Nags Head for a week (free)? DiD I? Ha! I didn't know he even owned a cottage there. But he didn't have to ask me twice. Can't wait to go. xo Lynn

Congrats on your award Donna!Well deserved!

We have your rain today :) I'm glad to have some time to catch up on my computer.

We have to wait another month for flowers so it's nice to see your preview!

Your flowers and strawberries are looking so healthy and pretty. This is an exciting time in the garden, isn't it? I'm happy to see that you, Otis & Riley are all enjoying it.

Happy spring and have a nice weekend.

Oh Donna, they are so BEAUTIFUL!!---the blooms are ALMOST as gorgeous as those two beautiful boys of yours! ;) Makes me long for a new baby wienie---but not just yet---but one day. *sigh* BTW, I LOVE your pieces of wood---oooh, that knarled piece is wonderful. I'm always picking up wood, stumps, logs (and my DH is always saying "what the h*** are you going to do with THAT???) *huge grins*

Beautiful flowers, but my favorite photograph is the dog soaking up the sun on the warm earth. He looks so comfortable and happy there.
