Peonies from the garden

....one of the loveliest of flowers.   A beautiful flower that takes your breath away.  

I brought a bouquet in from the garden this morning and put them in my white teapot.  The shadows from the morning sun were so pretty I just had to take a picture.  

One of life's simple pleasures.

Bleeding Heart Flower

and came up with a pink bleeding heart! 

I printed it onto some notecards and added it to my shop.

One little flower

This one little flower...

has lifted my spirits.

I walked out in the garden early this morning with my coffee and saw this one blooming hyacinth. I bent down and smelled it's sweet fragrance and immediately it made me happy, gave me that wonderful feeling of spring. I picked it and brought it in the house and now the aroma is filling the room.

I am so thankful for flowers.
