Autumn decorating

I like to use natural elements for my autumn decorating.....

...some orange and cinnamon spice potpourri, a bouquet of golden wheat, some apples in a basket,

and dried hydrandeas from the garden.

This should take me from Halloween into the Thanksgiving holiday.

Oh yes, and a spicy pumpkin candle!

That is how I like to decorate for fall too! I don't do the Halloween stuff, like ghosts, bats etc..

Your home looks lovely Donna.

I like the natural touches you have added, Donna. They look so warm and cozy and I know the candle makes it smell great too.

I love the natural elements of your vignettes. I always prefer natural if it's available. Your vignettes are so pretty and I can almost smell your spicy pumpkin candle.
Happy Weekend,

Donna
I agree, natural substances for decorating are my favorite too!

This is just my style, too. This year, I put out some acorns and buckeyes in glass jars. I do carve a pumpkin for Halloween...but I cut out leaf shapes...not a scary face!

Except for one of my quilted ornaments, I don't have any "Halloween" stuff...even though it's Bonnie and Clyde's favorite Holiday. They love having all the kids knocking on the door!

Your decorations are lovely!
