What a difference a "week" makes...

Hi everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend.

I want to show you my irises. They are in full bloom, and they looked beautiful this morning in the sunlight. You can see what they looked like last week ~ I could hardly wait for those buds to open.

And here are my daisies, my favorite flower. This week, and last week.

Do you ever find yourself waiting patiently and watching the flower buds, just wanting them to open so bad? And then when they do.....doesn't it make you happy?

Enjoy your day!

They are beautiful, Donna. And, yes it does make me happy, too.

Our roses are just beginning to bloom.

Beautiful flowers! Mine are just now getting leaves, no shasta daisies for awhile. You and I are kindred spirits, we love coffee, flowers, art and our porches, lol! Have a great day! Lori

Donna, I think our iris are on the same budding and blooming cycle. Before I went to NJ for Easter the buds formed and I was hoping they would not be complete done when I got back. They were beautiful when I got home yesterday, I'll be posting some pictures tomorrow of my beautiful iris. What a beautiful flower they are!!
