Good morning!

Hi everyone!
I'm back from my blogging break.

I know you've been wondering what I've been doing......
well.....

we had a very fun and successful yard sale.
Two days and we got rid of a lot of stuff. I think the worst part was gathering everything together and just getting it all organized.

Mission accomplished!

...I was commissioned to do some paintings for my brother-in-law for his real estate website. Two watercolor paintings of houses.

This one.....

and this one.

...My oldest daughter asked me to make some interchangeable signs for her office door.

She has a knack for coming up with some very creative ideas.

Aren't they fun?

A few other projects are still in the works ~ a cigar box mosaic, and a painted lamp which I'll show you later.

And, of course, we found time to do a little of this too.

Hugs,
Donna

Welcome back, Donna.
Getting ready for yard sales is a lot of work, but worth it if the sale is a success. So glad to hear that yours was.
Your watercolors are so beautiful. I think I would like to move into that yellow house. I also love the signs you did for your daughter. You have such a creative family. How fun.

We cleaned out the house last week and opted for Good Will instead of taking the time for the garage sale - so good for you, it's hard work but it does pay off!!
Love your watercolor paintings Donna....will there be House Portraits now, along with the Pets???!!!
