Goodmorning

I hope everyone had a fun and safe 4th of July holiday!

We enjoyed it with family, cookouts and fireworks.

It's going to be another hot week here in the south.

A tropical heatwave.......(reminds me of the movie Grumpy Old Men).

This has been the hottest June here in decades and maybe July, too.

So before I dig into all the work that needs to be done today,
I'm enjoying a little time on the back porch.

Enjoy your day today!
Donna

It is hot here in TN, too! We screened in our backporch over the weekend. I will post a finished pic in a few days! I love your porch!

I love your back porch, Donna.

It's hot here, too, but I don't know that it's any hotter than normal. We have a nice breeze off the bay. I walked to a restaurant for breakfast this morning, and I didn't faint by 11:00 which is saying something! LOL!

Hugs and stay cool...

Try to stay cool! We've had a pretty cool June. Not one day in the 100's and only a few in the 90's. We're loving it! Mimi

Yum, your layered salad looks so good! I love the idea of the frozen peas! Thank you so much for your visit and comment-you are always a special guest! My Dad loved Orange Day Lilies and when they came out by the roadsides everywhere, we would pick a bouquet for him to draw and enjoy. He was a wonderful artist and sadly, I have no pictures of his orange lilies! Love to you and the boys, Otis and Riley Kerrie
