Rose of Sharon ~
the alternative to the Hollyhock.
A beautiful flower that is often found in cottage gardens.
I picked some blooms today off the tall bush that we have beside the driveway and brought them inside so I could enjoy them.
Aren't they just a lovely flower?
I will enjoy them while I paint.
This is a painted serving tray that I've been working on.
It has a vintage look with bright pansies.
I've got another one to paint, but the weather has been so beautiful the last few days,
you might find me out in the garden.
Enjoy your day!
