Peaceful, quiet morning

The sky is dark this morning and the rain will be coming. It's quiet and peaceful. I like to walk through the garden early in the morning and see what new shoots or blooms have sprouted over night.

The rain is softly falling now.

I like to turn the light on on the back porch and sit and read during a storm. Otis and Riley by my side.

We've had a lot of rain lately, and that's ok, because we need it, and it should help the new plants grow that I repotted yesterday. But if I'd had my druthers I'd wish for sunshine....everyday!

Hoping tomorrow will be sunny!

Your garden is lovely even in the rain Donna. We have sunny skies today. I spend the morning digging up more sod, so that hopefully someday I will have a garden as pretty as yours!
Hugs,
Penny

I'm guessing the first pic is of your back yard...you're some artist!
Everything is wet here with more to come...time to relax inside.
