January chill

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, it's cold.

I was out side this morning filling the bird feeders and noticed the ice in the bird bath. There was a blue jay chipping away. Poor birds. It would be nice to have one of those warmers for bird baths to keep the water flowing in the winter. Oh well......

Good day to stay inside and keep warm, however, I'm off to the art store to buy art supplies.

Have a good day!

Hi Donna,
Wish I could get out to buy art supplies. We got another 5 inches of snow dumped ontop of the 9 inches that we already had and the wind chill is 20 below. This has been a pretty rough winter so far. It's a good thing that I can order my canvas online.
Hugs,
Cathie

It's been so cold everywhere. Our little birdies are visiting our feeders everyday. I worry about them in this cold. Can't wait to see what you're going to do with your art supplies. Mimi

I want the cold gone! I don't have clothes enough for this type of cold. I'm spoiled by Florida's mild winters. Brrrrrrrr! LOL!

XO,

Sheila :-)

It is indeed a cold winter so far this year. We finally had to shut off the pump in the big pond, The water going over the waterfall wa a sheet of ice ... which means it won't come on again until April ...so sad. Hope you have a warm fire yo sit beside and snuggle with Ottis and Riley.

Hi Donna! I hope you found some great supplies at the art store! Our fountain froze too. I had one of those bird baths that didn't freeze when we lived in NJ, boy the steam did rise from that birdbath all winter long but the birds loved it!
