Summer reading

What would summer be without a good book. I'm caught up in the pages of Dorothea Benton Frank's "Plantation", a story that takes place in the Low Country of South Carolina.

Nothing like a good cup of coffee and a good book to read on a warm summer day.

IMHO, there's nothing better than one of her books for a summer read. I've read them all, and I'm excited to see that she has a new one out this summer that I want to get. Enjoy! :)

I enjoy her as an author and have read a couple of her books. I don't think I have read this one yet, however. Hope you enjoy it.

You have just made my day, Donna, did you know that?! So very glad to know that you share the adoration of Dottie Frank ... I've just started "Return to Sullivan's Island" - her latest - a sequel to Sullivan's Island, which I just re-read ... LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this author to pieces!!! Her reads are always my summer vacation (*smile*).

BTW, absolutely diggin' the new banner!!! Inspiring with a cozy twist!

Happy Sunday!
Blessings,
Jenny

I've read every one of her books. She is one of my favorites. I went to school in that part of the country, and Charleston is my favorite of all cities.

Enjoy!
