Pretty in pink

Look what I found today at Goodwill. Pink garden shoes. They were brand new with tags for only $3.00. Aren't they cute! (They're not the real crocs, but they're fun!)

As you can see, I'm wearing them with socks right now because it's cold. They'll be very useful in the garden this summer.
I just had to show you!

Rub it in Donna, that you are going to look cuter than anyone out in your garden, and even more frugal at that :) That is no croc.

These were a great Goodwill find! Love the colour :-) A great reminder that Spring is on it's way and you will be in the garden planting soon.

Gotta love the Goodwill....I was there last Sunday looking for a small dresser that I had seen someone dropping off a few days earlier...it had potential to be re-painted and some new knobs added..I asked the man out in front if perhaps it was still in the back room because it wasn't out on the floor. He told me if it wasn't out that it probably was thrown in the dumpster. No mention that it might have been sold? He went on to tell me that I had better not try to "dumpster dive" because even if it's in the trash it still belongs to Goodwill.....As I stood there in front of him carrying my Louis Vuitton purse I asked him if I actually looked like someone who would "dumpster dive"....he mumbled something and walked off....I did find some great Pottery Barn huge pasta bowls so I'll take the suggestion as a suggestion and not an insult!!

Yay for Goodwill! I was never a thrift store shopper until I started blogging. I saw all of the great finds that all of you out there are coming home with and I thought I'd give it a try too...now I'm hooked!

I have a pair and I love mine. When they get muddy you just hose them off. Kind of comfy too. Mimi

Now you do it! I am so anxious for Spring. I can just see you tip toeing from flower bed to flower bed in your pretty new crocs!

I wear my off-white crocs with thick socks outside all the time!

I should have gotten pink ones...
