Notes

I am one of those people that still likes to write notes and letters to friends, family or whoever, which in today's world, is almost unheard of. I think it's quite sad.

I printed off note cards yesterday from some of my original artwork. These are ones that I did.

You can find all of these and more on my etsy shop, whimsy two.

In an age like ours, which is not given to letter-writing,

we forget what an important part it used to play in people's lives.

I agree. It is almost a lost art indeed. I am so glad that you are carrying on the tradition of card giving.

BEAUTIFUL note cards... thank goodness some people DO still send cards via snail mail... or we'd have no sales :)
My son is now trying to get in on my Etsy action... he is trying to raise money for his school trip... he asked me if he could do paintings and make them into notecards to sell them in my store...lol

I love getting mail - real mail, that is. I have the opposite emotion when it comes to junk mail.

A note or letter is a forever gift. You can savor it forever.

Your blog is lovely as well as the note cards. I used to be a note and letter writer but they never responded so after 20+ years I stopped. Lucky is the person who gets your note cards!
