Napping

Research shows that naps can lift productivity and mood, lower stress, and improve memory and learning. Shouldn't we all be taking naps?

Otis and Riley love to nap...

Think what a better world it would be if we all, the whole world, had cookies and milk about three o'clock every
afternoon and then lay down on our blankets for a nap. Barbara Jordan

How cute they are. It never ceases to amaze me how much time doggies can spend napping.

I agree with your last quote so, I'm off to take my nap.

Hugs,
Kim

I don't image these two have much stress...!
They must think of it as preventative medicine.
Have a great weekend.

I never nap. Maybe that is just what I need. I can always close my door at work. ;-)

Oh how we love your doggies!! It looks lovely to just plop wherever and take a snooze doesn't it?? Just wanted to let you know that we tagged you for 7 quirky things about you - if you can (or want) to play - we'd love for you to join us!!

My husband takes a nap everyday after lunch! He has since I have met him. When he takes a nap, my "nap" consists of catching up on my decorating magazines...
Have a wonderful weekend!

Penny

I love the lives of dogs... napping, eating and being massaged... what's better than that and they have no problem napping anywhere!
ENJOY your weekend!

I am not a napper but I love to take a computer break with my laptop on the couch ...... it doesn't take long for me to have at least one cat on my legs and my Lucy pup at my feet. Ah, tis the life!

Dear Donna, Thank you for your blog. Every day I visit just to see the dachs. And your post about your sister was so sweet. My daughters were close as you and your sister are - you are blessed to have her with you.
