Garden painting

I was sitting on the back porch the other day and decided to do a painting of the garden and the birdbath. I don't usually paint outside but it was a nice day, so I went and got my paints.

There is a big rock in the birdbath so the birds can sit on (in case you're wondering what's in there).

The painting is small, 4 x 5 inches and I displayed it on an easel.

Bringing a little bit of my garden inside!

Just beautiful Donna and I love the way you are displaying it as well.

I just can't get over how you can just say, I feel like painting, and then boom, you have a quaint darling picture.

You are so talented and I love that.

Take care and have a great 4th. Are you getting together with family? I hope so. Tell Sunni hi. I know she is so busy. Wish her well in her new schooling efforts.

Bye...Jan

What a lovely painting, and small enough to display just about anywhere. I'm taking two felines to the vet on Monday and I couldn't help but smile at your previous post. Hope you are having a good holiday weekend.
