It's chilly outside! I was out in the back yard with Otis and Riley this morning and my ornamental cabbage pot caught my eye and I had to take a picture. I like to plant these in the winter for their vibrant purple color. It adds some interest to the garden over those long cold months when not much else is blooming.

Oh, how beautiful!!! I see all these wonderful pictures of autumn and winter gardens, and it makes me realize how much I need to get some shrubs with berries, and ornamental grasses, and Kale!
