I was reminded today, as the hummingbirds were feeding outside the kitchen window, that they will soon be flying south to warmer temperatures ~ however, they may be here longer than I think since our temperatures this week are still in the 90's!
Such amazing little birds they are, one wouldn't think they would be able to fly long distances as they do.
So, for now, we will enjoy them while they are still here, and look forward to their return next summer.
