Hello everyone! How are you? It's been a while since I posted so I just wanted to wish all of you a wonderful year!
January calls for digging out all those garden books (no pun intended) and gathering ideas for your garden come spring. Oh yes, we're thinking spring here. The anticipation is exhilarating.
Climbing roses...
stone pathways with flowers along walkways...
pergolas and trellises filled with climbers...
and beautiful color everywhere. Fill flower pots for even more interest. Just a few ideas to get you going!
Give me odorous at sunrise a garden of beautiful flowers where I can walk undisturbed.

Hey Donna! Thanks for the garden inspiration photos. Our garden thinks it's Spring here. I noticed new growth on the shrubs, and some of my roses are blooming again. Don't know when we'll be able to prune the crepe myrtles, etc. Love the English garden style pics.
Hugs and have a great week,
Babs
Thank you for giving me these wonderful inspirations, badly needed after coming in from pruning on a rather chilly day when there is nary a bloom in sight.
I'm dreaming right along with you, Donna.
The photos are all gorgeous.
Donna, as soon as you've finished doing that to your garden, please come right up here and start to transform mine!
OMWord...I would LOVE to have an English Garden...but the WORK involved...sigh...no time.

Happy soon to be spring Donna! I left England last week where I had daffodils coming up already and landed here in Vancouver to no dafs and, today, there's a little snow. (sigh) Few more weeks to wait I guess. But on the bright side, I love gardening books and collect vintage ones, and now you've inspired me to go thru them and have a lovely day in front of an open fire dreaming of the spring garden.
Beautiful inspiration Donna. It has been so warm here I feel like getting out there right now! But I know we will be back to cold weather in a couple of days. I am really looking forward to gardening in my new home.
Hugs,
Penny
