So, after the wooden egg was cut out and carved, it was ready for paint. I painted it with an Easter painting, since it will be going to the museum shop downtown, yes, Easter already!
a little chick inside her egg house and the Easter Bunny stopping by for a visit.
A faberge egg? I don't know. A stretch of the imagination, I'd say.

How cute is this. A while back my daughter needed some backdrops to display her Beatrice Potter figure collection and I painted a fantasy wood for her, it was so much fun. You must have really enjoyed doing this.(-:

NO! Stop! no simmering spices in the dryer...it is the lavender that I stuff into the bags for the dryer. It is so amazing and fresh. It is fun to be working out in the garden and to smell that scent.
