A planter turned chandelier

In case some of you didn't know, I bought this hanging planter at an antique shop with the idea of making it into a chandelier.

I took the chains off and attached them to the other side, then I added crystals on the bottom where the chains were. Simple!

Voila!

A hanging lamp for the garden.

Isn't it pretty?

I just love how it turned out!

  2. Donna, that is exactly how I pictured the end results for that gorgeous piece. It is perfect over your bistro set. So cozy and quaint. You will so enjoy it more than a planter.

You are so creative and nice. You have a wonderful weekend, and keep those ideas coming. Take care.

Your project turned out beautifully! What a gift to look at something and see what will be, rather than what is...

  11. OH! That turned out so great! It takes an artist to see something in one form and know that it can be so much better in a different form!
